1. What this website collects (current state)

This website (www.gatewayacu.com) does not currently use cookies, analytics scripts, contact forms, or any server-side tracking. The site contains links to phone, SMS, and email only. No personal information is collected by or transmitted to this website when you browse it. This policy will be updated if analytics or contact features are added.

2. How you may contact us

If you use the phone, text, or email links on this site, your communication is handled directly between you and Diego Garcia, L.Ac. Those communications are governed by your carrier's or email provider's privacy policy, not this website.

3. Third-party services (current)

This site loads fonts from the Google Fonts API. Google's privacy policy governs that request: policies.google.com/privacy. No other third-party scripts or services are currently used.

If analytics is added in the future: If privacy-preserving analytics (such as Plausible or Cloudflare Analytics) are added, they do not use cookies and do not collect personally identifiable information. This policy will be updated to describe the specific tool in use before deployment.

4. California privacy rights (CCPA)

Because this website collects no personal information from visitors, no CCPA request rights are triggered by browsing this site.
